My wife has given me her ipad air and am trying to access it. I have updated it and restored it but am unable to use it due to linked to an no longer used email account, so you can imagine she cannot remember the password used. PLease help

With the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller, you can request to have the device unlocked.
