Since updating to iOS 17.3.1 my iPhone 13 has crashed and restarted several times. The screen goes black as if I were powering it off. This has never been a problem before and the phone was bought new less than a year ago. Is it an issue with the iOS release or an internal hardware issue?

basic troubleshooting steps:
restart, Reset, Restore from backup and restore as NEW.
