Re: "I can't hear my alarm":
"when I try the different alarm sounds they also go very low how do I fix this"
There are various things you can try to see if you can locate the cause of the low alarm sounds.
You may want to try the suggestions below, checking whether the sound improves after each.
✽ The "Related article" above your question helps to make sure your iPad is not muted / on "Silent".
✽ You can set the volume for the ringer and alerts: Change or turn off iPad sounds - Apple Support

Turning off Low Power mode, if it is on, may make a difference:
✽ Check iPad is charging ok, and see whether you have "Low Power" mode on or off:
Go to Settings
>
Battery to see the elapsed time since iPad was charged as well as battery usage by app.
You can also display battery level as a percentage and turn Low Power Mode on or off.

Wondering where you are setting the alarm:

NB: Check to make sure that "Do Not Disturb" or other "Focus" is not interfering with the alarm
✽ Turn on or schedule a Focus on iPad - Apple Support:

✽ If you wish, you can check the balance settings for the audio are ok
- Go to Settings
> Accessibility > Audio & Visual. - Adjust any of the following:
- Mono Audio: Turn on to combine the left and right channels to play the same content.
- Balance: Drag the Left Right Stereo Balance slider.
