Which keys exactly? That's vital info for anyone trying to help you.

See this page for info on various settings which can cause problems with specific keys:

To eliminate possible hardware problems, try attaching an external keyboard (doesn't have to be from Apple)

First, determine if the issue is with specific keys or with the keyboard as a whole. Try pressing the affected keys individually and observe if any response is registered. If there's no response at all from the keys, it's likely a hardware issue with the keyboard itself. However, if some keys are partially responsive or intermittently working, it could be a software-related issue.

If the problem seems to be with the hardware, such as physical damage or debris obstructing the keys, you may need to clean the keyboard or seek assistance from an authorized service provider for repairs.

If the keys appear intact and there are no visible signs of damage, the issue might be software-related. In such cases, restarting your MacBook Pro can sometimes resolve temporary glitches or conflicts causing the keys to stop working.

Additionally, you can try resetting the keyboard settings on your MacBook Pro. Go to System Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard and click the "Restore Defaults" button. This will reset all keyboard-related settings to their default configurations, which may help resolve any software-related issues causing the keys to malfunction.

If none of these steps resolve the problem, it's recommended to contact Official Apple Support or visit an authorized service provider for further assistance. They can diagnose the issue more accurately and provide appropriate solutions, such as keyboard replacement if necessary.
