Does it happen when booted in Safe Mode?

Are the keys sticky?
If your keyboard has been mapped to a different key, you can check for text replacements on your keyboard by going to > Settings > Keyboard > Text Replacements.
One other thing you can do is use the Keyboard Viewer to verify the key presses. Just press the keys and see if they show on the Keyboard Viewer. To use the Keyboard Viewer, check you this page:

Try using an external keyboard. If the external keyboard works, then you have a hardware issue with the internal keyboard which will need to be repaired.
Did you solve the problem? Same keys are not working on my laptop as well(
