Some keys are not functioning on the MacBook Pro

The F1, 1, q, a, z, and shift Lock key keys do not work on the MacBook Pro, and when I simultaneously press another key with these keys, they work.

Isolated, individual key issue, keys associated in a straight-line, or keys associated on the diagonal like your example —typically indicate a hardware failure.

You can plug in an external keyboard and compare your results.

Keyboards are not repaired they are replaced. This would be a top case replacement which typically includes keyboard, battery, trackpad etc.

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment
