Trying to verify business account in Apple Business Account

Apple Business Connect said the business couldn't be verified because it didn't fit the third party vendor type. I need to register as a small business. The problem is, it doesn't give me any links or options to go back and register it that way. Is there a way to get back to the existing registration process so I can change it?
