Format, log in, trusted devices

I formatted my MacBook Pro , 13inch from 2012 and its asking me to log in with a trusted devices. The phone number connected is correct however I have yet to receive a code. Which is not happening.

It also doesnt show me the option like on this website to choose to resend it, or text it, or change the phone number so how do I now get this code?
