The concatenate operator, &, is your friend.

"1/3 deposit is "&D21*0.333

Edit: a better formula is "1/3 deposit is "&D21*1/3

Alternatively, if you need to use that number as a number in a downstream formula, you can give the cell a custom format where the numeric result is preceded by 1/3 Deposit
