Mac Book Pro 13” 2018 running Intel processor and Sonoma 14.3.1. I have never had a problem installing or updating Citrix. Now I cannot update - I get "unknown error caused update failure." Citrix shows it supports Sonoma up to Sonoma 14.2.1. On a recent attempt to install, the Citrix installer removed my current version after failing to update it. I tried to install an older version with no luck.
Help?

I have consulted the Citrix website extensively. I can find no reference to this problem whatsoever. In addition, it is difficult to access specific support like this without a company account.
