I wanted to trade in my phone but had mistakenly chosen picked up instead of drop off. anyone knows how I can change it to drop off instead? the only option i can see is reschedule and cancel trade-in. or is it possible to change the pick up address? thanks.

Thanks. If you'd prefer to take your old phone to your Apple Store as opposed to sending it back, just take it to your Apple Store after you set up your new phone. You will receive the trade in kit, but you don't have to use it. I've done this the last three years.
