15PM audio w/Bluetooth & CarPlay

I upgraded from 12PM to 15PM on release date. My car audio now sounds like the left side speakers are blown. I’ve used an Android and an old IP and sound is perfectly fine. When listening to just the radio FM sounds fine! Apple is stating it’s my car audio and I know for sure it is NOT. I’ve tried this in multiple cars and the audio sounds the same. Like the left side is blown!! Anyone else having this issue? Is it fixable? I cnt enjoy my music or hookup my subs bc the phone makes it sound like I have blown speakers. I don’t like using CarPlay I prefer using my Bluetooth but both at this point sound horrible!! This is beyond ridiculous and irritating!!
