Hello Hassan9939,

I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing. Without the original purchase details or support from the previous owner, and with the absence of an Apple Authorized Service Provider in your area, the situation is indeed quite difficult.

Here are a few additional steps you might consider:

1. Online Support: Even without an Apple Store or an authorized dealer nearby, Apple’s online support can still be of assistance. You can get in touch with them through the Apple Support website or by phone. They might be able to guide you through some steps you could take remotely.

2. Proof of Ownership: Try to gather any and all evidence that you are the current owner of the MacBook Pro. This might include any communication or transaction records from when you purchased the MacBook. Apple Support will need to verify that you are the legitimate owner before they can assist with the Activation Lock.

3. Notarized Statement: If possible, get a notarized statement from the previous owner stating that they sold the device to you and that they have no objections to the Activation Lock being removed. This document could potentially help in proving ownership.

4. Extended Online Search: Occasionally, the original owner may have used an email address that is visible through an online search, especially if it was associated with a business or personal website. This could potentially allow you to contact them and ask for assistance.

Please remember, any action that involves bypassing security features may violate Apple's terms of service, and there's no guarantee of success. The official and supported way to resolve this issue is through Apple's channels, and I encourage you to use them.

I hope one of these suggestions proves helpful. If you find that you're unable to use your MacBook, it may be necessary to consider other options, such as purchasing a new device.

Wishing you the best of luck. 🍏✨

Hello Hassan9939,

The Activation Lock is a security feature designed to prevent anyone else from using your MacBook if it's ever lost or stolen. Assuming you are the rightful owner, here are some steps you should follow to address the Activation Lock:

1. Proof of Purchase: Gather your original proof of purchase for the MacBook Pro. This should ideally include the receipt from the online platform where you bought it, showing the serial number of the device and your details as the buyer.

2. Contact Apple Support: Reach out to Apple Support with your proof of purchase at hand. They will verify the ownership of the MacBook and can assist in removing the Activation Lock. You can start this process by visiting getsupport.apple.com or by calling the Apple support hotline in your country.

3. Previous Owner: If you're in contact with the person or company you purchased the MacBook from, ask them to enter their Apple ID and password on the Activation Lock screen. If they're not nearby, they can remove the device from their account by signing in to iCloud.com, going to Find My iPhone, selecting the device, and clicking "Remove from Account."

4. iCloud Account Recovery: Since you mentioned having the last iCloud account that was used on the Mac, if that account is yours, you can try Apple's account recovery process if you're unable to remember the password. Visit iforgot.apple.com to start this process.

5. Service Center: If online support doesn't resolve the issue, visiting an Apple Authorized Service Provider or an Apple retail store could be the next step. Again, take your proof of purchase with you.

Please note that without proof of purchase or the cooperation of the original owner (if the Apple ID is not yours), it will be very difficult to remove the Activation Lock due to Apple's strict security policies.

It's always recommended to regularly back up your data and keep your device's software up to date to avoid such situations. Also, note down and store your device credentials in a safe place.

I hope this information helps you regain access to your MacBook Pro.

Warm regards, 🍏💻

To remove an Activation Lock, you must have the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller. A notarized statement from any previous owner will do no good. Apple does not get involved with any third party sales. Also Apple no longer will remove the Activation Lock at their stores. If the online platform you purchased the Mac from is an Authorized Seller and you have the receipt showing your name and serial number of the device then you can follow this link to remove the lock:
