failing to add debit card to my apple pay

When I try to add my debit card to the Apple wallet it doesn’t continue it shows cancel and learn more.Am currently in Dubai but leave in Uganda

Unable to add a Debit Card to Apple Pay Hello there, I am an Irish 15 year old. I’m currently trying to add my debit card to my apple pay wallet, but when I go to add the card, it doesn’t let me add the card. I’m not sure if it’s an issue eith my bank, apple or EU/Irish regulations. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. (attached screen comes up when trying to add the card.)

Debit Card can’t be added to Apple Pay Hello, i was trying to add my Lloyds Bank debit and Credit card into my Apple Wallet and it says “Card cannot be added. Contact your card issuer for more information”. I contacted my bank and they said there’s nothing in their end and it should work. I contacted Apple and they answer me the same so i don’t know what to do
