I forgot my MacBook Air password and I hard reset it and it asked Apple ID, but Apple ID created store worker and he left from his work! I dont know what I should do!
Then contact Apple Support. You will have to provide the original proof of purchase to have the activation lock removed from the device.
If you bought a used Mac or bought a gray market machine (from an unauthorized retailer), you’re out of luck.
There is no way to bypass the activation lock.
