My sister has MacBook Air 2019 and she forgot basswood and also she doesn’t use any more the email and phone numbers MacBook needs email address and password she don’t remember both of them so what is solution ?

Your sister will need to submit an unlock request to Apple which proves that she is the original owner of the MacBook Air and the MacBook was purchased from an authorized Apple dealer. The sales receipt will need to show your sister as the owner along with the date of the sale and the serial number of the MacBook Air.
