All-Day Clear Hearing aids not completely pairing with bluetooth.

After this last IOS upgrade, the hearing aids work with streaming but won't pair to the app and hearing aid controls. There should be more than one Bluetooth connection but it won't pair completely. I've attempted removing the app and blue tooth connection multiple times and reset the network settings but nothing works. It does work on my wife's phone which is also on the latest IOS version. The hearing aid manufacturer cannot find a reason for this in their app.

Any help would be appreciated
