Hello I am new in apple community and I would like to ask a question about battery life
i bought a second hand iPhone 13 and the battery life was 90%
but in a 2.5 months usage dropped at 88% is this possible? Or this iPhone is no good ?

It is not only possible it's expected and normal. Battery Health on average declines about 1% per month. When the day comes that the battery health on your iPhone dips to 80%, which it will do, then its time to pay Apple to replace the battery in your iPhone.
