Phone Wallpaper Blurry After Newest ios Update

I updated to ios 17.3.1 yesterday and ever since then my ALL of my phone's custom wallpapers are blurry. Even after I go back in to custom setting and adjust, once I save it is still blurry.

Am I missing something new in the update that I now need to switch off?
