15“MacBook Pro 2017 no Display by opening:

Since some weeks, my Mac has no Display(black) when opening. I work with an HP extern monitor and close the Mac, work with an extern keyboard and Apple mouse. When I disconnect the extern monitor and open the Mac online ca. 15 degree, I See the Display, Open more, Display is black. What‘s happen.

The internal display cable has failed requiring the whole Display Assembly to be replaced which is expensive. If you haven't replaced the battery yet, then consider that cost ($250 US) as well to determine if it makes sense to spend any money on this laptop which is now considered "Vintage" by Apple. The battery is getting to the age where you will find them having much less capacity and are more likely to develop a hardware failure.

The last OS this 2017 laptop can run is macOS 13.x Ventura which will likely stop receiving security updates at the end of 2025. Many third party developers will also stop updating their apps at that time as well.....this really only matters for apps which connect to online services since they may stop working anytime after that once the online services change enough to make the old app no longer functional. This includes web browsers.

Just something to consider since repairs are so expensive.
