My iphone 13 is talking gibberish and force restart wont get rid of problem

My iphone is talking gibberish, not the first time, and force restart will not get rid of problem. Using up and down volume plus side button don't work. It just keeps on talking non-stop.

Any suggestions.

thanks

Triple-press the side or home button (depending on your iPhone model) to access the Accessibility Shortcut.

If VoiceOver or another accessibility feature is enabled, you can disable it from there.

It's possible that VoiceOver, a feature that narrates everything happening on the screen, has been accidentally activated.

  • Try saying "Hey Siri, turn off VoiceOver" or triple-clicking the side button (if your model has one) to bring up the Accessibility Shortcut menu and tap "VoiceOver" to disable it.
