Scanned Documents in Notes unable to email share. I have an iPhone 16 max and was used to scanning and emailing attachment using Notes with all my previous Apple phones. Since upgrading to the 16 my scanned documents won’t send in email. It says to large, even after saving the scanned images in Files and compressing the file. I’m on Wifi when trying to do this.

Can you email a scanned Apple Note? I needs to scan a document with signature and email it. I’ve scanned it to Notes, but when I try to email it, the recipient can’t open it. Do you have a solution?

Like any other note …

Open the note, press this symbol, and choose the “Mail” option.
