How do I make it go away? Is it going to suddenly stop saving or working suddenly? I am in the middle of a huge work project and am nervous!

It appears that it is trying to launch a saved session. Close out of all the open Terminal windows & close the Terminal app. Then try launching the Terminal app again to see if you still get the error.

Theoretically you should be able to delete the items in the hidden ".zsh_sessions" folder located within the home user folder, just make sure the Terminal app is closed first.
