Forgot Apple ID paired with Apple Watch

I cannot sign into my Apple Watch because of the activation lock and I forgot the Apple ID I used originally to set up the Apple Watch

The official Apple Support can only disable the Activation Lock, if you have proof of ownership, as explained in this article:
