I smashed all my old iPhones by accident and on one of my new ones I forgot my old Apple ID password so I made a new account and I forgot about my Apple Watch so I reset it thinking it would erase everything and I could set it up on my new Apple ID but as I said it had activation lock and o forgot my Apple ID password. Please could you help.

Activation lock cannot be worked around. If you can’t remember the Apple ID and password you used to set up the watch your only option is to present Apple with the original sales receipt and hope they will unlock it for you.
