Random msgs appearing whilst on FaceTime

Was talking to my daughter on FaceTime and I was going through implementation of things and I got random thumbs up.

then I was calling her dog and his name appeared on the screen.

there’s not even a feature to do that manually I’d love to know what the heck is going on. Feels like a privacy invasion.
