Hey there,

To unmute text messages from a specific phone number on your iPhone 6s, follow these steps:

1. Open the Messages app.

2. Find a conversation with the muted phone number.

3. Open the conversation.

4. Tap on the contact name or number at the top of the screen.

5. Look for the "Hide Alerts" option and toggle it off. This action will remove the mute, and you should start hearing sound notifications for incoming texts from this number again.

Remember, when "Hide Alerts" is enabled for a conversation, you won't get sound notifications for messages from that contact. Disabling it should resolve your issue.

Good luck
