I want to sort all my photos on my iMac Pro by most recent rather than the default Oldest. Help

Sorting photos I have Ventura 13.2 on my Mac Mini. There are still quite a few apps that don't seem quite right; but, the one that I'm asking about right now is Photos. In previous versions of the Macintosh operating systems that I have used I could sort photos by date from oldest to newest or newest to oldest. At present, the photos seem to be listed from oldest to newest. I would like to change it so that the newest photos are first with the oldest photos at the bottom. Is there a way to sort by date from newest to oldest? If there is, I am not finding it.

Sorting photos manually and keeping that sort order when exported I have 330 photos in an album on my Mac. I sorted them manually. When I select these 320 pictures and export them to a folder on my desktop my sort order is gone and they are now sorted by the file name. How can I keep the order that I created in photos in the folder on my desktop? If that is possible it might solve my problem because I want to upload these pictures to Shutterfly to create a photo book but Shutterfly sorts them by date or filename which is the wrong order. Is there a way to automatically give these pictures a name or number that can be used to sort them?

Sorting Photos Library on Mac The new MacOS version seems to be sorting my Photos Library by "Recently Added" where before it sorted by "Date Captured". How do I change it back to "Date Captured"? I see this option on iOS but not on the Mac, unless I'm just missing it?

The predefined albums in a Photos library have set sorting defaults. You'll have to create a new album, drag all of the photos to it so you can sort any way you'd like. This screenshot describes the various sort options for the various albums, etc. in a library:

You can crate a Smart Album with the criteria "File Name contains ." (that's a period). Then you can sort any way except manually and you don't have to drag all of the photos to that album.
