Macbook Pro 15" with Intel graphics - Intermittent Black screen

My screen on my macbook pro laptop goes black after slightly moving the screen. The keyboard letters still light up and the screen comes back on after shutting and reopening the macbook, as long as I wait a few minutes and can get it tilted to an angle where it doesn't go blank again. I have tried the suggested reset NVRAM procedure and nothing happened, continues to occur. I have updated the OS many times, tried rebooting, it seems to be a sensitivity to movement of the screen, maybe video card/hardware or wiring?

My laptop remains functional with a black screen, I am able to move items to my second monitor to work if I can find them. Still all major display functions and apps are opening on the black display and I have tried modifying display settings to D2, no luck. I would like to get this fixed to continue working.

Does anyone know why this is happening and what I can do to fix this?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 12.6
