MacBook Pro screen goes black if display is moved

My screen on my macbook goes black after slightly moving the screen. The keyboard letters still light up and the screen comes back on after shutting and reopening the macbook.

sounds like a hardware issue— I might suspect the display cable.


In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"
