Macbook Pro m3 Pro crashes on sleep with Samsung TV 8K using HDMI

Hi, my Macbook Pro crashes on sleep when plugged to an 8K TV monitor.

USE CASE

I use an 8K TV as my main monitor over HDMI. I extend my display to it. Its gorgeous!

PROBLEM

When the Mac (or TV?j goes to sleep, the Mac crash and reboots, and on login shows a crash report.

QUESTION

Anybody else with this problem?

SPECS

Samsung TV: 65" Class Samsung Neo QLED 8K QN900C

MacBook Pro 16″ with M3 Pro

macOS 14.3.1

P.S. it would be cool if the Mac could control sound volume. I have to use the TV remote.
