AirPods 3 flashing multiple colours while charging

Hello. I have AirPods 3 and I have a problem: when I put the headphones on charge, the indicator light on the case starts flashing in three colors (orange, green and white) in a circle. The colors change quickly, that is, they blink. I don't know what to do. I reset the headphones to factory settings, I rebooted the phone, etc., but everything is pointless.

Why are my AirPods blinking amber after charging? i just got my airpods replsced by the genius bar (the parts that goes in your ear not the case) and i was told to plug them in and charge thru the case for around an hour. The case was blinking amber the whole time, now its been more than an hour and i unplugged the case and tried to pair but every time i open the case the blinking amber light ckmes back and when i double tap i see a flash of white then back to amber. AirPods are blinking orange and not connecting I have AirPods gen-2, I replaced the charging case with the new c-type case. I charged it whole night and the case was still blinking orange. I was unable to connect them.
