Is there a list of every app on any of these Apple TV 4K devices such as:
- the App Store
- Safari Web browser
- Netflix
- Hulu
- Amazon Fire Video
- Disney+
- HBO Max, or just Max*
- Peacock
- AMC+
- Shudder
- Tubi
- PlutoTV
Or at least, would there be only ONE Apple TV 4K device that contains these aforementioned apps I have listed?

There is no list. There are thousands of apps in the on-device App Store. All Apple TV 4K devices can have the same streaming apps, only depending on the region as set for the Apple ID account of the user. I.e. a Canadian user will have access to (some) different apps than a US user.

Not available on any model anywhere. Apple thought that a browser on a media player box was a bad idea, and doesn’t even accept third party browsers for this device. You may stream using AirPlay from a Mac, iPhone, or iPad, if you must have a browser on a TV screen.

Yes to all of these for the US, and some of these internationally (the last 6 probably not though).
All apps on the Apple App Store have a webpage. This page would list compatible devices (and their minimum OS version). E.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Max, Hulu, Peacock, AMC+, Shudder, Tubi, Pluto TV.

The apps from your list are supported on Apple TV HD (4th generation) [A1625] (2015) and all 4K models. The models from before 2015 do not have an App Store, and work quite differently.
Apple TV HD (4th generation) has access to the same App Store, and almost all the same apps are available on A1625 or later. A few game apps have a chip dependency (A8/A10/A12/A15 chip) for system requirements.
The current model line-up doesn’t include Apple TV 4K (4th generation) yet. Apple TV 4K (3rd generation) are the latest models (2022).

There is no 4th generation Apple TV 4K.
