Speaker phone call options
When I’m on the phone and want to switch it to speaker it gives me the option to use my iPad I recently bought. I want to be able to switch to speaker with out having to select an option.

I think if you turn the iPad off (or possibly just turn off BlueTooth), you might be able do that. You can also try going to Settings>Phone>Calls on Other Devices and turning it off.
As long as Calls on Other Devices is enabled and the iPad is turned on and connected to the same WiFi network, the iPad will remain as an option.
