I'm worried about my device burning up and Apple won't fix it.
I bought an iPhone 13 in Turkey and it is still under warranty. However, this problem started 5-6 months after I got the phone. First, I went to the authorized service with complaints of heating, then my cables started to blacken and when I took it out of the charger, the tip was hot and the case of the phone was like a flame. (I use my device very carefully, I know how to charge it correctly.) I had my device checked once by Apple authorized service and once by apple employees from Apple Istanbul Bağdat Caddisi, but they said that they did not have the necessary equipment to find out this problem and gave me a new cable both times. However, both cables had the same problem. My phone still gets very hot when charging. (Completely original accessories) I request that my device be replaced with a new one. This is a very troublesome situation. I was not helped by apple turkey. Probably if I had the same problem in Apple france, my device would have been replaced within 2 minutes.
