Apple wireless keyboard in pairing mode. Turned on new Mac Studio asking me to hit return to choose language. Nothing happens. Wireless trackpad connected but and moves cursor but cannot click on anything

What Apple wireless keyboard do you have...?
If it is a newer rechargeable keyboard, then connect it to the Mac Studio using the charging cable.
If it is an older AA battery powered keyboard, then you will need to dig out, barrow or buy an inexpensive USB keyboard to use for the initial setup and to pair that keyboard.
