Recently Apple has changed the default news podcast in Canada from “The World This Hour “ to a podcast that no longer is available “CTV news flash”
So whenever I ask Siri to play the news I don’t hear anything and I see this error.
How can I switch the default news podcast Siri plays back to the World This Hour?
i have created a shortcut to workaround this for now.

Having same problem. When I say “switch to CBC news this hour” Siri says “ok I’ll play the news from cbc from now on”…but next time I ask it gets stuck on the broken CTV link again.
Started a chat with support and their only recommendation was to restart, sign in and out of appleID and reset my phone.
Did you have any luck with that?
No. I had some luck with asking “play the top news on cbc” to get “The World this hour” but it’s not consistent.
