I asked Siri “ what are some toxic affects of certain spices?” And she replied back “ i found some web results, i can show them if you ask from your iPhone” please fix this glitch

There is no glitch. You've asked a question without a specific answer: Which spices? What sort of "toxic affects"? According to whom? You might get one answer if you ask a scientist and a different one if you ask an herbalist. All Siri can do is refer you to websites with information on that topic.
If you ask Siri something like, "What is the chemical formula for table salt?", for which there is only one answer, Siri will speak the answer.

siri is unable to answer complex questions, it keeps saying openness on iPhone, which is a huge inconvenience
