How to back up iPhone with my Apple ID

i forgot my passcode to get into my iphone but i do know my apple id and password can i get a back up so once i reset phone i can just reload it all

If you forgot your passcode, unfortunately it is too late to back up your iPhone.

Hopefully, you have another recent backup that you can use to reload back on to your phone after you reset / erase the phone.

If you forgot your iPhone passcode, use your Mac or PC to reset it - Apple Support

Unfortunately No. All backups must be done prior to disaster striking. If you do not have a backup created on iCloud or on a comptuer, then you will permanently lose the data when you begin the passcode reset process.
