Onkyo TX-NR696 Dolby Atmos Issue with Apple TV 4K

First of all, my system works fine for past 3 to 4 years until the issue happen recently. There is an issue regarding Dolby Atmos when I am using the sub HDMI output on the 696 AVR. When playing the source with Dolby Atmos from Apple TV 4K the video and audio will drop randomly and it looks like the 696 is reconnecting and recognizing the EDID. It only happens on the content that with Dolby Atmos, it works fine if turn off the Dolby Atmos from the setting of Apple TV. This issue happened in recent months and never happened before. I did the soft and factory reset on my 696 AVR but issue still there, any idea?
