I got a message that my iPhone has been infected by a Maware. is it possible to happen? If yes, what should i do and how to trust best App against the Malware

This morning I got a message saying that my iPhone was infected by a Malware and that I should download an App AdBlocker to solve it. Is it true and trustable to do that?

The message that you saw was a scam that was trying to trick you into believing that malware was "detected" on your phone so you would buy totally useless software that will do nothing to help your iPhone.

Delete the message and any future messages that claim things like "13 virus infections have been detected on your phone", etc.
