Have a message about malware contamination on my phone, how can I clean it up and is it dangerous to my phone?

Have a message about malware on my IPhone , is it dangerous to my phone or can I just ignore the message

ALL such message are Phishing Scams, designed to scare you into buying software or tools you don't need for an issue you don't have. Delete the message. Unless Jailbroken, iPhone is not subject to virus/malware at all. And there is NO WAY an external service can scan your phone to know it has any issues at all.
