Yes. You can have a maximum of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) songs downloaded at any one time if storage on your device allows for them.

Apple Music - Library Song Limit How many songs can I have in my Apple music library? I'm referring to the collection of music that I've added through Apple Music and Itunes Match (these are songs I own outside of Apple Music). I'm not referring to "downloaded" songs to my device; I'm simply asking how many songs can I have in my library. Back in 2015, it was my understanding that Apple raised the song limit from 25,000 to 100,000 songs. But I no longer see the 100,000 song limit mentioned in the Apple Music User Guide or online. When a song gets removed from the Apple Music library, does it stay as a download? Hi--I am thinking of switching to Apple Music. One challenge with streaming services is that songs sometimes get deleted from the service's library. If you download a song from Apple Music to the cloud, does it remain in the cloud even if the song gets deleted from the Apple Music library?
