I forgot login password and best buy does not provide the receipt apple store can accept.
I bought refurbished macbook pro(Refurbished (Good) - Apple MacBook Pro 16" w/ Touch Bar (2019) - Silver (Intel Core i7 2.6GHz/512GB SSD/16GB RAM) - English | Best Buy Canada) from bestbuy two month ago. and I got busy with my project. and I did not use it for a month and I forgot my password.
so I went apple store to unlock my password. and they showed me ID and phone number on the macbook pro to reset, but that was not mine. I assume that came from previus owner. seller said they did factory reset, so it should not happen. so apple store wanted the receipt from best buy. so I downloaded the receipt from website and provided it. but apple did not accept the receipt. so I asked another receipt to seller and provied the second receipt, but apple did not accept the receipt. so I keep asking bestbuy to provide the proper receipt, but they don't. and they don't refund as it already passed two month. and my macbook pro is still locked. what should I do?
