Why can’t I cancel my iTunes subscription when my Mac broke from my phone

I have an iTunes subscription that I don’t use and I cannot cancel. I think it might be on my Mac computer that broke and it’s not showing up on my phone and it’s charging me every month 699.

You should be able to cancel it from any device that is using the same Apple ID for purchases. See the "Can’t find the subscription that you want to cancel?" section of If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
