Watch TCM Authorization. Issue

I am getting an. error when trying to watch shows in the Watch TCM app. I use Spectrum as my TV provider, and this has worked for years. I use an Apple TV and this happens on all of them which are connected with home sharing, I have signed out and back in, no luck. I have uninstalled the app, rebooted, reinstalled and still the same thing. I have access to TCM through Spectrum in their streaming app, and the Watch TCM app show the Spectrum logo in top right of the app screen. Any suggestions?
