I have WiFi connection to an HP Deskjet Inkjet printer. My AppleMac Air is able to print MS Excel docs, and all documents except MS Word. When ready to print, the option defaults to ‘saved as PDF’. Review of document before printing is always a blank page. Have reinstalled printer a couple of times.

(A Windows user asked me for printing assistance with Word two weeks ago, and the same thing happened on her machine. At that time I offered an immediate solution, rather than a deep dive into the causes of this behavior.)
No, I’m unable to print the PDF either.
I have temporarily resolved the problem by installing a separate MS Word app, and am now able to print documents. I have removed the MS Word 365 app from the Dock meantime.
