Remove non responsive device from homekit

I tried to remove a device from HomeKit but nothing happens. Because the device wasn’t resonating I tried adding it again same results.

‘now when I look on the hub (Apple TV) I see I have multiple items for the same device but I can’t remove any of the them

Ghost Home Hubs Not Responding The option to select a Home Hub in iOS 18 will not appear as long as there is at least 1 Home Hub not responding. I have 2 Home Hubs not responding - from older Apple TVs that have been erased, reset, Removed from Apple Account. Disable HomeKit hub on ios16… New update reactivated my Apple TV HomeKit hub capabilities. Unfortunately it in a bad location and most of my HomeKit accessories don’t respond as programmed when linked. Mostly Bluetooth devices such as my level locks and levitón switches stop working entirely. My solution was to disable it from working as a hub. Unfortunately the new iOS 16.2 update removed this ability. Are their any other solutions to this? To disable it from being used as a hub?
