Apple Watch won’t leave school mode

So I was going to bed and the light on my watch was bright so I tried to put it on school mode in hopes it would make the light dull, I’ve never used this setting before and now has locked me out of my watch. I updated the watch, and I’ve placed it on charge. I hope to not have to reset my watch but, I will if I need to. i must also add that my Digital Crown is broken, and has been for a year.
