School mode turn off

How do I turn school mode off because my watch keeps automatically turning into school mode?

Changing it may only be possible with the iPhone used when it was set up. After setting it up, a user can temporarily turn off School Time and a notification is sent to the iPhone. Do you know you owns the iPhone used to manage the Watch?
